Panduan Pendaftaran / Registration Guide

Sekolah Acitya – SDS & SMPS

1. Persiapan Sebelum Pendaftaran / Pre-Registration Preparation

Siapkan dokumen pendukung: Akta Kelahiran, Kartu Keluarga, identitas orang tua, pas foto terbaru, dan rapor terakhir (jika ada).

Tentukan jalur pendaftaran: Jalur Observasi / Trust-Based / Early Bird.

Prepare supporting documents: Birth Certificate, Family Card, Parent/Guardian ID, recent passport photo, and latest report card (if applicable).

Decide admission path: Observation Path / Trust-Based Path / Early Bird Program.

2. Akses Website / Access Website

Kunjungi website resmi Acitya School dan buka halaman PPDB / Registration.

Baca panduan dan ketentuan pendaftaran dengan seksama.

Visit Acitya School official website and open the Registration / Admissions page.

Read the instructions and requirements carefully.

3. Buat Akun / Create Account

Isi data awal orang tua dan calon peserta didik untuk membuat akun PPDB.

Gunakan email aktif dan nomor telepon yang dapat dihubungi.

Enter parent and student information to create an admissions account.

Use an active email and reachable phone number.

4. Pengisian Formulir / Complete Registration Form

Lengkapi data diri, pendidikan sebelumnya, dan informasi tambahan.

Unggah dokumen pendukung yang telah disiapkan.

Fill in personal details, previous education, and additional information.

Upload the prepared supporting documents.

5. Pilih Jalur Pendaftaran / Select Admission Path

Tentukan jalur pendaftaran sesuai rencana:

Jalur Observasi / Observation Path Trial Class Gratis

Jalur Kepercayaan / Trust-Based Path Langsung daftar

Early Bird Program – benefit khusus periode tertentu

Choose your admission path:

Observation Path Free Trial Class

Trust-Based Path Direct registration

Early Bird Program special benefits during the period

6. Pembelian Formulir & Pembayaran Awal / Form Purchase & Initial Payment

Lanjutkan ke pembayaran biaya formulir sesuai ketentuan sekolah.

Simpan bukti pembayaran untuk administrasi PPDB berikutnya.

Proceed to pay the registration form fee according to school policy.

Keep the payment receipt for the next admission steps.

7. Lanjut ke Proses Asesmen / Proceed to Assessment

Setelah akun dan formulir siap, calon peserta didik akan dijadwalkan untuk SEA Assessment, Trial Class (jika jalur Observasi), dan wawancara.

After account creation and form submission, students will be scheduled for SEA Assessment, Trial Class (if Observation Path), and interview.
